Fraud?

I put together three aid stations of nonprofit volunteers for Ragnar 2024 (yes, last year!). They promised a donation for each nonprofit in gratitude for our time, investment (we provided the snacks, decorations, etc ourselves), and effort. They STILL refuse to make the donation. There have been at least six different excuses, but they clearly just want free labor to make more money for themselves. Anyone else have this problem? Found a way to finally get the money that was promised? Yes, we have the promises in email so it’s in writing!

  I bought a treadmill on Black Friday. They said it would be shipped out in Dec and I never got  an email with tracking or been able to get in touch with anyone. I think they are a fraudulent company.
