Are goggle lenses compatible with other styles of goggles?

Lenses are designed to only fit the designated goggle frame. For example, lenses such as the Kleveland are only to be fitted for the Kleveland goggle. 

The only exception to this is the compatibility between the EGG and EG2-T.
