Why am I being charged an additional shipping fee? (Canadian Customers Only)

Electric offers free shipping on orders $175+. When shipping internationally, you may see an additional fee at checkout. DHL charges a separate customs/duties fee that is out of our control. The duty rate is calculated based on the product’s declared value and HS code, the destination country's tariff rates, and applicable trade treaties. Duties and taxes are declared in checkout and are paid for by the customer.
