If you'd like to swap out an item from your order, customers are able to initiate an exchange or shop for something new!
First, you'll head to our returns portal here: https://electriccalifornia.loopreturns.com/#/
You'll be able to select the items in your order that are eligible for return. You can then select if you'd like to exchange your item for another colorway, or you can entirely shop for something new.
Once you've selected the item you'd like to exchange your return for, our returns portal will create a hold on your card for $1. The hold will stay in place for 7 days and then drop, regardless of whether the product is returned or not. If the return item has not been marked as "in-transit" within 14 days, Loop will charge the card the full cost of the item.
