After using our returns portal to initiate a return or exchange, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions.
Drop your package off with the appropriate shipping carrier and keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number.
A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed and a credit will be made in the original form of payment used, usually within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
