You should receive an email update from our team as soon as your order has been successfully processed.
If you don't see any order updates from us, you can check your order status through your Electric loyalty account. To log into your account, make sure to select the head icon on the top right:
The website will then direct you to your account dashboard that looks like this:
To check your account balance, select the "ORDERS" button below where is says "ACCOUNT DASHBOARD":
Once you enter the "ORDERS" page, there should be your previous order history. If you just placed an order, you can click into that order number to check the order status:
After selecting the order you would like to check in on, you will see the entire order information, and on the top left it will show the status. On the example below, it shows the delivery date along with the tracking that you can click into to trace that specific order:
