Let's Do This - Invite and Remove Runners

Please review the following steps to manage your roster, invite runners to your team, and remove runners from your team:

1. Login to your Let's Do This account.
2. Go to your Profile
3. Go to Bookings
4. Select Manage Booking for the team page you want to view
5. Select View team page

To invite a runner:

1. Select an open participant spot on your team
2. Select the three dots
3. Select Allocate This Place
4. Copy the link and send the unique link to the runner you want to invite to your team

To remove a runner:

1. Click the three dots of the person you want to remove
2. Select Remove
3. Confirm Removal

As the booker of the event, you need to claim one of the participant numbers. Complete the information and you will be officially added to the roster.

*Please note that if you are the booker (person who registered for the team), you are not automatically added to the roster. Be sure to claim a participant number and complete the information to officially be on the roster for the team.
